Zara is so supportive and absolutely focused on making you the best version of yourself. She does more than just work out - she’s amazing with life advice and getting you to see the whole picture! I’m very grateful to her for all she’s done for me and her ongoing support, even though I’ve had to stop seeing her so regularly now. Thank you Zara!

I joined Zara’s group training sessions after a long spell of no exercise and wanted to get back to being fit and healthy. The group sessions have been great for this as they aren’t too long (30 mins) but you get so much out of them. I train with 3 others and we all have different fitness levels but Zara adapts the exercises to cater for each of our abilities, pushing us to improve week on week with a genuine desire to get us the results we’re each aiming for. Zara is a brilliant trainer who always tailors the session to what you say you would like to focus on. Just a few sessions make such a difference and deliver results. She really listens to your needs and motivates you to complete your workout. I would definitely recommend her to every new mother and am excited to continue working with her.

Zara is an incredibly motivational and impressive personal trainer! Fun but tough sessions, always pushing me each week to make me stronger, fitter and better. Began training with her to get back into the swing of things before getting back to the gym, but still here a year later loving it. Couldn’t recommend Zara enough!

Zara is a great personal trainer: she has a great sense of humour, is incredibly supportive and has a great schedule flexibility, which makes it really easy to work with her, whether in-person or online. Training under her supervision was a great pleasure and should I return to London, I'll be sure to reach out again!
