Yuki'S Kitchen

We really enjoyed our class with Yuki, learning basic principles of Japanese cooking, adapting for other recipes and choosing the best ingredients. She managed to answer our multitude of questions as well as demonstrate, oversee our efforts and produce a delicious meal for us as if we were friends round for supper!

I took part in Yuki's 'Sushi at Home' class and thoroughly enjoyed it! She made it fun, breaking everything down into simple steps. The pace was good - it was quite swift but Yuki always went back to recap and made sure everyone was still on track. This meant we were able to make quite a few things in the time allocated. I'd highly recommend this class, and hope to be able to do another one myself in the future. Thank you Yuki!

Yuki is an absolutely wonderful chef and teacher, she helped us create a bespoke workshop to immerse our team for a client at work, we learnt a huge amount and had a fantastic time. Yuki hosts you at her house, which feels very intimate and special. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to learn more about Japanese cuisine.

I did Yuki's gyoza class. I came alone but was immediately made to feel welcome. Great food, great company and excellent teacher. Unlike many courses really feels like something I can replicate at home. Signing up to learn Sushi next.

Fantastic online and in person classes with Yuki - great tools and ingredients advice throughout. Easy to follow and quality simplistic ingredients to work with. Well recommend.
