Great welcome, fantastic pint of Guinness. Proper rugby club.

Was there last night with my band: 'Chip Shop Gravy' to headline the Chunky 7's. It was a really great gig and the staff and people there were all very friendly and helpful. I have been there before with my other band: 'The Boffs' where we done a gig inside and again the staff and people in the pub were caring and helpful with everything.

Had a christening there book the lounge told me it will sit 50 people did not asked if they supplied a buffet told no bar staff were a mixed bunch of welcoming and barley said two words to you

We held a small party in the lounge. A good setting for around 20-30 guests. Buffet was nice, a mix of sandwiches, pasties etc. Reasonably priced drinks.
