In February, YPS gave my daughter the opportunity to perform in ‘As You Like It’ at Esher Theatre - and to play a piano piece she’d composed inspired by the play. They are a very dedicated and caring team - putting in extra rehearsal time, and giving my daughter a huge boost to her confidence. The whole performance was outstanding, with a very talented group of young actors.

I was scared to join because I didn’t know anyone but everyone made me feel welcome and I look forward to classes every week. I’ve learnt so many skills and I’ve become more confident in myself. I’ve used lots of things I’ve learnt in lessons out of lessons in day to day life and in other drama classes like my school drama. As a student it is a great class and every class is different. The skills I have learnt are great for the industry and will help if you want to pursue acting. Would recommend

My daughter was never interested in doing drama. One day YPS visited her school and out of the blue she asked to audition to go to their classes. She absolutely loves it and her confidence is growing all the time

I enrolled my girls in YPS for the acting classes and they also took part in the Accent Masterclass later on. Various professionals were brought in through the duration of the term to work with the children also and I can honestly say that my daughters acting skills have improved tremendously, I’ve watched them grow in confidence and they’re at a point in their lives where they feel they can actually take on any role.
