  • Have been going to lunchtime boot camp sessions for over 2 years now. I have to say that they are excellent: every session is different, keeping us challenged and stretched. Regular additions and upgrades to the equipment has helped with variation. John knows exactly how to set the level, to keep us working at maximum, and how to goad us into putting in that last drop of effort! All in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. It's incredible how much benefit we can get out of 30 minutes of effort. ...

  • I always look forward to attending the boot camp sessions. It feels like being part of a community rather than just going a gym. No session is the same and John is always giving posture instructions so you do the exercises correctly and will modify a particular exercise to suit the individual so you get the most out of it. I attend one session a week but feel a lot stronger than when i started a few months ago, which makes day to day living much easier - Phil Oliver.

  • Your next level fitness is the best gym I've ever been to. John knows all of his clients goals well and manages to personalise parts group bootcamp sessions to be in line with each individuals goals. He encourages everyone to meet their 'next level' no matter how big or small it is without being intimidating.

  • Would 100% recommend Your Next Level Fitness I've been going to John's bootcamps for quite a long time now and don't recall any of them being the same session I don't know how he does it. Always has an eye on you to make sure you get the best from each exercise a little tweak here and there and if you get better he can always recommend doing it slightly different to keep improving.
