Caroline was my personal trainer for a year. She helped me get bikini ready for a long anticipated holiday to Australia. She was flexible and adapted the exercises to suit my preferences and kept me motivated to work hard. She is a total professional, has a great sense of humour and is easy to talk to. I felt like I'd spent an hour with a friend rather than a personal trainer which made our sessions much more enjoyable. I highly recommend her.

She has tailored my routine to what I am striving for, whilst continuously taking into account my limitations, preferences and developing ability. I have been working with Caroline since September last year. For the first 16wks I trained with her once a week. Since then, we have trained together once a month. I have lost over two stone, maintained this weight, changed shape and my eating habits. I contacted Caroline about have "Wednesday Workout" sessions at my work for 6 people. She has been so great!! She manages to catered to our different levels all at the same time. She is great fun and very laid back but still has us working very hard! We have all noticed the difference in our fitness! Thank you Caroline :)
