  • If you're needing a value priced 'keep fit' experience then look no further! Callum Harding offers work-outs designed to meet your needs. We attend his 'Seniors Strength and Fitness' class in Cringleford. Sessions are well paced, well led and well balanced using a wide range of well chosen exercises suitable whatever your needs maybe. The work-outs are fun but very effective lasting for an hour.

  • Ryan Chillingworth provides a very professional service. He take care to understand your issues and devises a programme of exercises that helps address these. Having him visit once a week was an added incentive to exercise in the intervening period. When supervising the exercises he provides support and encouragement as well as pushing you towards a more stretching effort. Ryan also discussed and advised on wider issues such as footwear, safety around the house and medical support from my GP.
