I’ve been training with Barbara for over a year now and I can frankly say that she changed my mindset (other than my body) completely! She is attentive, professional and a real pleasure to work with! We went through a body recomposition and I can’t wait to see what’s more to come!

Will 100% recommend. I do online PT with Barbs and she has been the most helpful with giving me guidance when training. She’s been so accommodating with all the adjustments with my schedule, health and pace. Can’t imagine achieving the things I could now without her. Always pushing 💪🏼

I’ve been doing Barbara’s program for almost 8 weeks now and have already seen significant results physically & mentally. She is very approachable and easy to communicate with. She answers all my questions and worries whenever I come to her. She has also provided helpful meal plans/ideas along with the workouts program. I have been training on and off with Barbara for the past year now but consistently for the last 2 and 1/2 months. Since I started training barb always recommended (told me 😜) to track my food so that I knew what I was eating and what was in it, which all of last year I never did. But for the last 2 months I have started tracking my food and I can’t believe the difference it has made. I could always see changes throughout my journey but I am actually seeing results now. I absolutely adore Barbara! I have been training with her for around 6 months now (on and off)& I wouldn't choose anyone else to train with. She is very knowledgeable & focuses on a training plan to enable you to achieve your goals! She is dedicated and is always at the other end of the phone if you're struggling. When starting the gym I didnt know what I was doing yet now I'm confident to go on my own and use the weights. I would definitely recommend. Looking forward to continuing with her.
