I recently attended Sophie's weaning workshop and would absolutely recommend it to any other parents, especially if you're like me you're doing it all for the first time through lockdown.

The meals are fantastic quality, delicious taste and so convenient. My 9 month old loves these dinners, which I give her when she can't have what we are eating, perfect to have in the freezer for those occasions.

These meals are amazing and so convenient for busy parents. Fresh out of the freezer and on the plate in just a few minutes. They are perfect for ensuring our daughter gets great, healthy and nutritional food when we haven't had the time to prepare something. I highly recommend.

We love these meals. Super quick and convenient! Saves lots of time and we know every meal is full of only good stuff :)
