Kundalini is an incredibly powerful practice and Steph is the ideal instructor. Her 1to1 sessions are a great way to start or work on something specific and her weekly classes are always fun and uplifting. I couldn't recommend Steph or Kundalini more highly. Sat Nam!

I've been attending Steph's class for a few weeks. Not only do I feel fitter and stronger as a result, but also I have never slept so well as I do now. Her teaching approach is relaxed and warm and is ideal for this type of yoga instruction. The classes are intimate and friendly. Highly recommended. 5*

I had been looking for the 'right' yoga class for a while...and I found it! In Steph's safe and energising class I am building my core strength; developing greater awareness of my physical, mental and spiritual being; building skill and confidence to broaden my practice at home. Each session is tailored to empower the individual; whilst bonding the group in a shared experience. And all with a fabulously funky playlist! Michaela

I really enjoy Steph's early morning kundalini class. It totally sets me up for the working day, and I feel energised and calm afterward without fail. If you like your yoga authentic and powerful look no further! Highly recommended.
