Took my first session today. Wonderful teacher. Fabulous to breath again. My demanding 15m old sat on top of me often, tried to eat another baby’s snack, played with the other little ones and everyone was 100% relaxed. The exercises were adapted for my knee injury and for when the baby wanted cuddles. Totally recommended this.
