  • The number 1 choice for pregnant and postnatal mothers in Barnet. Not something for the baby, but for you as you make the transition to motherhood. It’s wonderful to go to the pregnancy class, then graduate to postnatal and have that continuity. Karina is very knowledgable, supportive and cares deeply for her mothers.   • I joined Karina’s yoga classes from when I was 16 weeks pregnant and I think is one of the reasons I have remained well and active throughout my pregnancy (I am now 36 weeks). Not only did I learn so much from the classes from breathing techniques and positions to help during all stages of labour, I really enjoyed the classes and was a great opportunity to meet other local mums to be.   • THE BEST SUPPORT FOR PREGNANCY BIRTH AND BEYOND! I did a antenatal yoga classes from 14weeks with Karina at Yogasisters. The support goes way beyond physical yoga asanas (though these are great!), the classes gave me a positive mental approach to my pregnancy and birth.   • I started Karina's pre natal yoga classes at 14w pregnant. The classes are great for teaching you stretches and movement to help with pregnancy and birth, but also in giving you the time and space to connect with your pregnancy and baby. It was also a good way of meeting other local mums to be, very much looking forward to continuing with post natal classes

  • I joined Karina’s classes during my pregnancy and I loved them! She’s extremely welcoming and puts you at ease straightaway. The exercises really helped me through labour. I also joined the post labour classes from about 9 weeks post and I’m enjoying them alot. It’s nice to be out and about and meet other mums with newborns. The exercises are gentle and for all ability levels. I always feel great after the class particularly the ones at the moment in the park. It’s lovely to be outside!
