She is a very positive, passionate person who has a great deal of knowledge on physiology and movement along with breathing techniques. I’ve been doing Pilates with YogaRos’s for nearly a year now and can’t recommend it enough. I had spent a lot of money on osteopaths and physio trying to improve my lower back after an injury and never saw the improvement that I have with doing pilates with Ros instead. Ros is a great instructor and takes everyone’s abilities and injuries into account in every session.

I have been taking regular yoga sessions with Ros for some time now, I have studied yoga with various teachers and I find Ros’s classes to be informational, inclusive to all levels and enjoyable. No matter the size of the classes, Ros will always ensure each of her pupils receive care and attention whilst in session. Even if you're a complete beginner or a seasoned yogi, you will not feel out of place with Ros.
