I really enjoy the yoga sessions with Daphnee, she creates a lovely space where I can explore my body and my mind. Sometimes the practice it is more relaxed, sometimes it can be quite intense but I always feel energised, yet calm and happy. Each session is a bit different but Daphnee is also a great listener and she tailors the session depending on what we want to achieve. Would definitely recommend

I’ve just recently started at Daphnee’s tuesday yoga class and really recommend! Daphnee is a great teacher. I’m still a beginner, and she gives me modifications, but also pushes me which is what I really need. Thank you Daphnee!

I've been practicing yoga for years, but never noticed any real improvement despite attending weekly classes. Over the last 2 months with Daphnee, I have discovered muscles I never even knew I had! This is the calmest, strongest and most positive I've ever felt and I always float away from Daphnee's classes feeling lighter and about 5 inches taller!

Daphnee is a great teacher - very relaxed putting no pressure on you, yet at the same time she keeps an eye on you and ensures you are practicing safely. I've really enjoyed these classes and it's just reaffirmed how amazing yoga is and how good for you it is - mind, body and soul! Thanks Daphnee x

I been having classes with Daphnee for a while and I can say she is very professional and knows what she is doing. I love having yoga with Daphnee. She always adopt best exercises for my back and body to feel good and be relaxed ! X
