I love attending Jane's yoga classes and having a bit of dedicated time out of a busy lifestyle just for me. I especially enjoy the mindfulness approach to the classes and the emphasis on being kind to yourself. Jane is an excellent teacher and is able to cater for all abilities making it a safe and calm environment to practice within.

Jane is an excellent teacher. Her classes are small and intimate so there is plenty of personal tutoring. Not matter what level you’re at I recommend going to her classes to improve your overall standard. The relaxation and peace are alone worth it!

Jane is a real gem. Her soft, rhythmic voice gently encourages my body into stretches that really work my muscles, but ensures I don't overwork them! She's always on hand to make those small adjustments that make all the difference. I have greater movement & flexibility, I'm sure I'm more relaxed in general and I've been sleeping better since starting yoga with Jane. 100% recommended! 🙏

Jane offers warm, friendly and inclusive yoga in a contemporary style. As everyone is unique, Jane offers different options in poses and flow to make everything accessible and (suitably) challenging. There's a focus on empowerment and acceptance so that you leave class ready to take on the world mentally, emotionally and physically.

Jane is a fabulous Yoga teacher! I've been going to her Saturday morning classes for a few years now and she always pitches it just right, making yoga accessible for all abilities with a combination of breathing techniques and stretches. I always feel better for having been to a class! Would highly recommend.
