Chris helped me work on strenghening my body and mind. I also increased my flexibility which hugely improved my cycling. I couldn't recommend enough. If you need to strenghthen your body, improve technique and develop a positive mindset. Don't look any further.. Chris is your man

I thoroughly enjoyed Chris’s classes and benefitted greatly. Coming from a cycling background I always thought of yoga as being a bit freaky and for weirdos but my perception has changed and it’s something I now turn to keep myself feeling good in between riding, running and just general life.

I started Yoga4Sport as a complete beginner at yoga. We were lucky to start before Covid so I got some group sessions in but even on zoom it has been so great to keep the routine and look after your body and also interact with people on zoom as a group. I could not recommend it more, to do something for yourself and also learn so much about your body and in this pandemic control breathing and stress.
