Having been recommended to try yoga a few years ago to help with recurring back pain I was lucky enough to come across Tanya as a local yoga instructor. She is the most wonderful teacher, so patient and kind and always aware of each individual's needs and capabilities. She creates a lovely warm, safe "space" whether in studio or online. Her enthusiasm and dedication is second to none.

It’s been over a year I have been practicing yoga with Tanya and I can’t recommend her classes enough! Whilst I really miss the interaction and intimacy of the classes in real life, Tanya’s personality and energy radiates through the screen via zoom and her classes have kept me sane throughout lock down. Tanya is fabulous instructor with so much love and wisdom! I had opportunity to attend her classes for over a year. She’s lovely teacher, full of energy and passion and this the key to love her even more and her classes! Tuesday evening class gives you sense of relaxation, and piece but you still work that core. I have been doing yoga with Tanya for the last 10 months, starting with the beginners course. I love her classes, the pace and how i feel after: relaxed, more flexible and sometimes re-energised. Tanya makes sure everyone is doing it right, within their on abilities. There is no pressure but she encourages to try everything. She gives clear instructions and she makes us feel very comfortable during the practice. A safe environment to work with a bodies and let our emotions come out, if needed...

I love my Saturday morning yoga with Tanya who is an excellent teacher and amazing at tailoring certain moves to suit the ability of the student. As well as being great for my body which is gradually becoming less like a plank of wood, it really helps clear my mind and eases away the stresses of life. With classes during the week too, I need to give up my job so I can attend more :-) Thank you Tanya!
