  • I have always wanted to try yoga for its great benefits. So, I signed up for Yana's classes. I was very much impressed by her teaching style, calm voice, and a great atmosphere of collective consciousness in the class. She's very knowledgeable about muscle work and always finds a perfect balance through exercise. I enjoy her little meditations on the end, with breathing, crystal and essential oils. I'll definitely keep attending her classes as they suit me very much. Highly recommend!

  • Yana came into my life at a time of deep inner work and has been crucial in my healing journey. She is gentle, understanding, compassionate, empathic, a truly wonderful human being. Our regular yoga classes are SO much more than just yoga! Each week she comes into my home providing wisdom, beautiful healing energy and calm.   • I really enjoy Yana's teaching style, it's slow-paced, bringing attention to the whole body, variety of postures and amazing breathing practices. I had couple of personal sessions with her, which really helped me to regenerate physically and mentally. Now I regularly attend her public class which has charitable purpose. Money goes to children charity, I really like that - helping someone in need.
