I was apprehensive to join a yoga class but then I tried a 1:1 session with Wai-Han and I haven't looked back! Wai-Han is supportive and wonderfully knowledgeable. After practicing a personalised plan that Wai-Han developed with me, I decided to give her 'Yoga for Beginners' class a try...I wasn't disappointed. I have attended many different yoga classes in the past and always left feeling a little sceptical. Wai Han’s unwind class however completely changed my perspective on yoga! Suitable for all ages and levels (she will offer options for how to challenge yourself if you are feeling brave!), it’s my favourite part of the week- a great way to start the weekend. Wai Han is knowledgable and reassuring and her classes are friendly and supportive. I would thoroughly recommend her and any of her classes!

Wai-Han's "Unwind Yoga" has improved my flexibility and strength and has reduced stress and anxiety. I joined to help prevent injury in rowing and have not been disappointed. The class is open to all ages and abilities, and is attended by experienced yogis and complete beginners alike (Wai-Han always gives various options for difficulty) which makes for a really great and supportive community.
