I try to go to Tammy's restorative workshops at About Balance every month. I love it so much because I always deeply relax, supported by Tammy's amazing ability to create such a peaceful space and how she weaves yogic philosophy and poetry into the experience.

Tammy's yoga teaching is firmly grounded in spiritual practice; everything she does flows from a place of acceptance, connection and opening to what is. As a consequence, her teaching combines technical skill with humility, humour, warmth and an ever-present will-to-explore and play.

I went to Tammy's restorative yoga workshop the day before starting a new job, it was so deeply relaxing and I managed to enter a state of peace which lasted well into the first day of the new job, a time which otherwise might have felt quite nerve-wracking and overwhelming. Thanks, Tammy!

Tammy’s yoga classes are relaxing, rejuvenating and fun! She has a very gentle and inclusive teaching style, encouraging you to listen to your body and move in a way that feels right for you. Her experience with meditation and connection with nature also shine through in her classes, bringing a unique element to her teaching. Highly recommended.

I've been to Tammy's classes regularly for the last couple of years, and I can't imagine being without them. There was my body (and mind) before I started coming, and there is my body and mind now - what a difference! The sessions loosen me up on every level, they are gentle but help me get supple and grounded in ways that no other exercise has before. I feel better in my body, and my mind is quieter and more peaceful. Tammy is friendly, welcoming and funny. What's to think about? Just come! :)
