I came to Rachael to help improve my yoga practice and work on my core strength. Over the course of my 121 sessions she listened to my needs before helping me build on my existing practice. She has a gentle manner that posses deep wisdom and knowledge, helping me to greatly improve my yoga practice. I would thoroughly recommend Rachael to anyone looking to have 121 yoga sessions.

I felt comfortable with the exercises in Rachael's Monday class yet they were a challenge at the same time. I worked without having to watch what was happening all the time because of the clear instruction, it gave me the confidence to go with the flow but yet be directed gently.

Rachael is an excellent yoga guide. In the sessions which I have attended, she has used relatively easy yoga positions but through personal feedback and focusing on small details of posture and breathing, she achieves deep effects. Her sessions are full of mindfulness and I carry her approach home with me each week. Highly recommended.

Rachel's classes are one of the highlights of my week. A chance to be still in my mind and stretch my body. Lovely small classes, individual attention and a friendly atmosphere. When I had an injury, I had a one to one session with Rachel and she helped design a practice for me which meant I could continue with yoga while resting my injury - really useful.

I had a block of four 1-2-1 sessions with Rachael as a complete yoga beginner to learn the basics so I could build confidence going into bigger classes. I learnt a lot from Rachael and I'm very glad I started yoga this way. She has given me a really good base to now build on in larger classes. Would highly recommend her classes to everyone.
