Nadia is a really wonderful teacher. She's very clear and warm, and she gives lots of different options so that the pose suits every body (literally). Whether you're new to yogi or an old hand, you'll enjoy her classes.

I first met Nadia for zoom classes at the start of the pandemic as I needed to spend some time addressing the stress that the situation was causing on both my physical and mental health. Those of us who have practiced yoga for a number of years recognise her depth of knowledge gathered from years of practice research and travel. Nadia is a wonderful yoga teacher, I have been fortunate enough to practice with her for 3 years, in an indoor class setting, outdoor park yoga, zoom / youtube and 1-2-1 online.
