  • I love Miranda’s wind down evening yoga sessions, which I take part in online. Miranda is such a great, thoughtful teacher and the sessions feel as if you are there in the room with her. I often start the class feeling stressed and exhausted and end much calmer and more relaxed, but also feeling like I’ve stretched and moved. Miranda is really aware of everyone in the group and tailors each pose to our needs and abilities. Thank you Miranda.

Her classes are suitable for everyone as she offers poses for all abilities. I love her Sunday evening classes to ground me for starting the week and the Wednesday lunchtime class is particularly great for a mid work-week reset!
