Lis is a great yoga teacher and her classes are suitable for everyone & anyone, regardless of whether you're new to yoga or you've been practising it for years. Her restorative yoga classes are gentle and nurturing, focusing around deep relaxation which emphasise on the meditative aspects of yoga. Lis is an amazing yoga teacher. Her calming personality along with her wide knowledge of yoga techniques, makes every class with Lis enjoyable and super relaxing. I alway come away feeling so much calmer and ready to take on the day. I recently had a one-to-one yoga class with Lis. I was able to really zone in to the practice and had that hands on help from Lis, to make sure I really got the benefit out of each pose. I can’t recommend Yoga With Lis enough!
