A thoroughly engaging yoga experience every week. Katy talks you through each pose and explains the benefits of working each muscle group. Katy's knowledge is evident in her explanations and the weekly relaxations are the perfect end to each class.

I just love this class, I look forward to it all week and have even got my parents coming to it now, and they love it too. Katy is such a great instructor, she is able to structure the class so that it suits all abilities and I come out of it feeling totally refreshed and relaxed every time. Can't recommend enough.

Like everyone, I have a crazily busy life with work, children, activities etc. this class is the perfect antidote, a beautifully relaxing hour with fabulous stretches leave me ready to face the world again!!! I'm hopeless at making time for me so this class is great at doing that for me ❤

As a complete beginner to Yoga I was worried I wouldn't have the flexibility for the poses but Katy put me completely at ease by explaining each pose in full and showing easier ones for those who struggled. The meditation at the end was so peaceful. Katy is a wonderful instructor with a very calming influence. I really enjoy her classes.
