Yoga with Katherine has been and is one of the most rewarding experiences I have had for a long time. In one session only Katherine showed me how to work and stretch the right muscles to make me unwind and relax. As a dancer and rider this has been a totally new experience for me as I have never done Yoga before. Had often heard from others the benefits of Yoga, but was sceptical. As someone in their 60's, I thought it would be of little benefit to me. I was wrong. After a few sessions with Katherine I have seen an improvement in my posture, flexibility and mobility. I feel that my mood and overall health has improved.

I highly recommend yoga with Katherine. I have been having one-to-one sessions for a few weeks now and have noticed a lot of improvement in my practice. She designs great classes tailored to my needs and incorporates affirmations and readings which is a delightful way to end the practice!

I have now had 5 sessions with Katherine who is just brilliant. I am new to all this yoga and was recommended to try it by another friend. In the 5 sessions with Katherine I have been able to get my crow pose but also have been able to concentrate more at work as a result of short mediations at the end of each session.
