I have been attending Julianne’s postnatal yoga course and have thoroughly enjoyed it. Julianne is excellent at explaining the benefits of the various moves which means you learn why you need to focus on certain areas of your body, which is especially useful during postnatal recovery. The sessions are well thought out and are delivered at just the right pace. I always finish each session feeling really relaxed and positive, is lovely to take some time out just for me! I’ve been taking a weekly post natal yoga class over zoom with Julianne and it has been brilliant, such a lovely way to start a Sunday. Julianne, is calm, soothing and has really helped to rebuild my strength post birth. I would definitely recommend her classes.

I've been attending regular morning classes online with Julianne - they have been a fantastic way to kick off the morning and reduce my stress levels. Julianne lives and breathes yoga, and brings her passion to each and every session. Highly recommended

I recently attended Julianne's online postnatal yoga course. Despite being almost 2 years post natal I found each session equally challenging and calming. Having 30 mins each week to focus on recovery and rebuilding strength, under the knowledgeable and soothing guidance of Julianne, has been such a treat. I highly recommend her.

Julianne's yoga has helped me so much in my postnatal recovery! Her practices have taught me some really effective techniques for rebuilding core strength and stretching aching muscles in the early days of being a mum! I always look forward to her 30-minute classes which leave me feeling energised and relaxed! Julianne is also an inspiring teacher and her sessions are well researched and prepared for. Highly recommended!
