Hands down the best Yoga class we have been to. Helen is a great instructor with her own style of friendly and encouraging teaching and can easily guide a mixed class of both complete beginners alongside the more experienced while somehow giving everyone individual attention throughout. It’s in a great venue and the room is a perfect setting for Yoga, especially for those who want something a little more spiritual than your standard class included with a monthly gym membership.

If you've never experienced Yoga Tree classes at Tong Hall it's a must. Helen makes you feel so welcome, she's very eloquent in her instructions and I always feel so energised after her classes. Her room is beautiful as is the surroundings of the old hall. Such a unique experience.

I’m a yoga newbie and have started going to Helen’s classes and can safely say I’m hooked! Helen’s a wonderful teacher and her classes are friendly and welcoming. The sequences and poses can be adopted for all levels so you feel comfortable and able to participate in your own way. She encourages you to listen to your body so you get the most out of your yoga. I always leave the class feeling both relaxed and energised. I would highly recommend Helen’s classes!!

A truly welcoming and space that allows mindful movement that is restorative. Helen offers gentle guidance and always seems to know what I need! She has an amazing energy and presence that really holds the group whilst at the same time creates a place for personal exploration and learning. I can’t recommend Helen’s classes enough.

Helen’s yoga class flows beautifully and is both relaxing and energising. The yoga tree studio has a lovely calm serenity and Helen intuitively sets a pace and leads a class which is challenging and flexible within a meditative context. I’ve loved every class I’ve been to and feel the benefit both mentally and physically.
