A beautifully spacious studio on the side of the river. The manager, Caroline, had a vision for her studio and has delivered. Lots of interesting additions to the timetable, continually throughout the year. Not just yoga. An inspiring, creative and community- minded studio owner. Yoga Squad is a beautiful studio and has a varied timetable providing all sorts of different classes. Every class I have been to has been fantastic and I always walk away from the studio feeling glad I went. The teachers are all brilliant and welcome everyone to the studio and their class. Attended workshop @Yoga Squad studio on Sunday Had the best time. Lovely Mumtaz @ Mumtaz yoga ensured everyone was i and I loved the vibe and feeling at peace and in a lovely place with a great crowd For any one out the I can fully recommend trying to book on her next workshop. You will love it.I had never tried yoga before and at 63 didn’t feel out of place . Best thing I’ve done for years . Yoga squad at Newark is a lovely place and facilities.
