  • I meet Rosanne a few years ago at the gym and she recommended I tried her ashtanga yoga classes, she knew that I would love them. I have now being going to Yogarose for over 2 years and have since progressed so much and love the challenges I get from the practice.   • I am very over weight. In fact I am 28 stones. Roseann from yogarose has spent time with me doing one to one yoga and has constructed a program for me that I can at present do sitting down. I have since starting with Yogarose managed to stop drinking alcohol and eating sweets. This is the start of my weight loss campaign. I hope soon to be able to go to the yoga class in the Nazrene hall.
