About Yoga of Grace
Yoga has been known for thousands of years in India as a means of aiming at the highest expression of that which we call human being. It is a science of the body and mind that help us understand the inner workings of physical and non-physical which are referred to as follows: physical (5 senses) and mind or consciousness, the realm of pure thought (6th sense). Yoga, as we know it and practice these days, was formed by an Indian seer Patanjali, who shaped it in what is known today as 8 limbs of yoga, which asana is just part of it. To be exact it is 3rdlimb, and it is a stepping stone on a spiritual path of Self-realisation, Enlightenment or attaining Samadhi, that is the Union with all that is; physical (surface) and non-physical (depth) of existence in each moment of unfoldment.
