  • Such powerful and engaging classes-for body AND mind! Nadia's calming and soothing classes make you relax & forget your daily stresses.You still do sweat a little,but you feel great after!! I love her classes and highly recommend them!!!

  • I’ve always found it very difficult to let my mind and body relax or “switch off” as it were but Nadia somehow helped me with this process. At least for that hour and a half each week I can say that I was “present”, taking in the moment, breathing in the positive energy and breathing out all the negative energy and thoughts that we carry with us from one day to the next. I left each session feeling calm, positive and hopeful. It helped me to deal with some anxiety issues and how to cope with ...
