  • I absolutely love Helen’s Monday group classes. As a newbie, Helen was great for modifying movements for my ability. The classes are challenging and fun. It’s the best way to start my week!

  • I love my Monday morning circuit training with Helen! She always has a challenging workout for our group but will adjust as necessary if need be. Workouts with Helen always kickstart my week feeling positive more eager to exercise the rest of the week! I highly recommend trying Yesucan Fitness with Helen!!

Her exercise routines are varied keeping the sessions interesting whilst pushing us further each week. I am certainly fitter and more toned having started working out in her group class and it's been an added bonus to have met some great people there too!
