Chantelle is a fantastic yoga instructor who brings fun and patience to her classes as well as a caring nature to all her clients.
Having tried yoga several times, Chantelle’s classes were by far the best I’ve been to. Mixing both core strength and stress relief, coming out feeling calm and centred, as well as aching after a work out!
I’d highly recommend her classes to anyone, regardless of experience..you may even get hooked!
