Mandy is so helpful - she gave me tonnes of advice on the phone about a potential adoption, despite having never met me! She was kind and patient, polite and very knowledgeable. Even though we decided that particular dog would be better off with more experienced owners, we have found another rescue and will DEFINITELY still be enlisting Mandy's help with training!
