Very rude.

I have to say he is not a bad instructor but his reponses to messages are quite questionable. You could be waiting for days to get a reply and when so, it is pointless. In terms of driving lessons he is not flexible either. For those who don't know, there is not a driving centre in Bicester so the nearest ones are Oxford and Banbury. He's doesn't like going to those areas during the driving lessons, he only gives lessons in Bicester. What is the point of driving around Bicester if your test ...

I past my test about 10 years ago thanks to Mr Yates very happy with how he explained every thing to me very pleasant experience and still hear good things about his driving school. Would definitely recommend.

Instructor was wonderful! He was patient but observant and kept on top of my mistakes. I passed my driving test the first time after lessons with him! I would highly recommend!
