Chris has been guiding my fitness journey for many years, his knowledge, determination and drive is the perfect combination for a trainer and he helps to keep me on on track/motivated during every session. He makes working out fun and has enabled me to become stronger that I ever thought I could be, would highly recommend if you want to feel strong, confident and energised!

My brother introduced me to Xtreme Health and I’m glad he did. Training with Chris has built my confidence in strengthening my body as a whole. Whilst with him, my muscles have increased, however it doesn’t stop there: Chris knows about fitness beyond the weights and cardio. Chris’ passion for fitness is contagious and makes you work hard and the training session fly by! His respectful, considerate and taylor made approach makes you feel supported and inspired to come back to the gym. A few sessions in and I am already gaining confidence and seeing progress in my own ability and strength. The gym itself is super well equipped and welcoming. Highly recommend.
