It's recommended to refresh your first aid skills every year.
Your first aid qualification usually expires after 3 years.
A FAW qualification is valid for three years. To renew, you must attend a 12-hour re-qualification course before your existing qualification expires

Absolutely! We can deliver private courses at your premises, tailored to your workplace environment. On-site training is ideal for teams needing specific first aid knowledge.

Please note: a standard charge for a minimum of 6 candidates is applicable for onsite training courses.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible.
Our cancellation policy allows rescheduling without penalty up to 28 days before the course start date.
Late cancellations may incur a fee.
We can transfer you to a different course, a £25 transfer fee may apply.
Most of our courses don’t require any prior qualifications.
However, participants must be physically capable of performing CPR and other practical skills.

For most open courses, we accept up to 12 participants per session to ensure quality training and individual attention.
Please note some courses may have a lower number of participants, based on their own regulations.
For private on-site courses, class sizes can be adjusted based on your organisation's needs.
Our trainers are highly experienced and supportive, helping participants throughout the course to ensure success. If a participant doesn’t meet the required standard, we offer additional support and the opportunity to retake the assessment.

Participants must be at least 14 years old. However, for workplace certification, individuals must be 16 or older to act as a designated first aider.
