I had to give a 1 star although I really wouldn't give that. Hilario was not a good instructor at all. He let my daughter down 4 weeks before her test, would shout and reduce her to tears and totally knocked all her confidence in driving by belittling her and calling her insensitive names. She previously had lesson in our town but changed drivers due to her being at ARU University in Chelmsford. She done really well with her previous tutor and had loads of experience and confidence.
