I've struggled with my weight and body image for years now. Just finished my 10 week plan and what an excellent experience. Martin was brilliant and is a fantastic trainer. I would highly recommend him. I had no experience and he gave me the confidence that I needed. A true professional and a top top man.

Excellent private studio space. Martin is a great trainer, and can work well to help you reach your goals, while having the experience to take care with chronic injuries etc. 100% recommended.

Martin was fantastic and kept me motivated from week to week. I greatly appreciated his guidance and expertise with setting out a diet plan and exercise regime, especially as this was my first serious step towards a healthier lifestyle. Brilliant quiet environment to train and handy location for me as I worked in the city centre. Have no hesitation on going back to see Martin again in future.

I contacted Martin almost 6 years ago after a slipped disc. I'd been on long term sick leave and at one point thought I'd have to give up work altogether. Weekly training with Martin has genuinely been life changing for me- I was back running and doing a normal gym routine in no time.
