World Class Training

Very good all round. Arranging the First Aid Course and communication was good, location of Phasels Wood (outside Hemel Hempstead) suited the mixture of class room and outdoors training. The trainer, plus the trainees made the event fun. Trainees about half involved with skiing and half involved with other outdoor activities, so nice balance. Focus was about First Aid, plus how the outdoors / skiing impacts the type of issues / challenges to be addressed.

Great communication and adaptability as our candidate numbers and attendee dates kept changing. We used the blended learning option which works well for our settings. Our trainer was knowledgeable and made the session fun and interactive. They had a good depth of knowledge and was able to answer questions and queries. We will definitely be using them again as their level of service is fantastic.

I recently attended an Emergency First Aid at Work course at the Brixham Laboratory, The trainer Alex gave comprehensive joining instructions, the venue was amazing and the course itself was excellent. Alex was great at interspersing the training with stories and events from his career, highlighting the topics that we were covering. I would have no hesitation in recommending the EFAW course from World Class Training.

I recently attended a Blended Outdoor First Aid Course and found it to be bang up to date with all the new First Aid and Covid-19 regulations. The course itself was split between e-learning at your own pace and completing the practical side of the First Aid course. The blend of the two was found to be the best way forward by the whole group in these difficult times.
