I did both pregnancy yoga and mum & baby yoga with Cathy and both were great. Cathy is caring and kind and every session is adaptable to how your feeling and any injuries! I thoroughly enjoyed both sessions and if I have another baby I would do them again.

I had done yoga before but only because it was good for me! However I look forward to and thoroughly enjoy Cathy’s sessions. She is brilliant at communicating what we will be doing and at suggesting extensions or modifications according to any physical limitations and ability, so everyone can work at their own level. There is a good mix of familiar exercises coupled with new ones, so it never becomes boring. I highly recommend trying a class. Even online it’s a friendly group to be a part of.

I started yoga with Cathy on the recommendation of a friend and I am so happy I did. I find her classes really calming and beneficial and my balance has definitely improved. The group is very friendly and Cathy has a voice that you could listen to all day! She is extremely knowledgeable and manages to bring out the best in all of us. Now I’ve been in Cathy’s yoga class, I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.

I have attended Pregnancy Yoga and Mum and Baby Yoga and found them to be fantastic! After having no idea how I was going to make it through my labour, Cathy gave me some vital breathing techniques which were my saviour through my birth. Mum and Baby Yoga is now the highlight of my week, giving me some much needed time to breathe, stretch and enjoy some ‘me’ time, with my baby beside me. She incorporates nursery rhymes for the babies so they are kept occupied. She accommodates all abilities a...
