I joined the Learn to Lift Level 1 course as a complete beginner to training with weights. Kelly clearly explained the physiology of strength training and introduced us to the equipment. She taught us several exercises that can be used to target each muscle group and how to execute them safely. Throughout the course, Kelly was friendly and supportive. I was a complete beginner and needed a female PT after pandemic, and I found Kelly. She is motivating and non judgmental, and also she's got her own gym which makes me relax. And now I've even got more confidence about my life now. Highly recommended!

Kelly is an amazing PT. I have trained with Kelly for 5 years and quite honestly, she’s the best PT i have ever known. Extremely knowledgeable - she certainly knows her stuff. Every session is different and always challenging. She encourages me to push myself in the sessions, which i love. I can highly recommend Kelly if you’re looking for professional personal training. She is definitely a cut above the rest!

Only been training with Kelly for 3 months but seeing great results already. Very professional, knowledgeable and tailors the training to each as an individual. I’ve never done weight training before but I love every session. Kellys training sessions are relaxed but at the same time provide serious great training that you’ll enjoy and really get results. Can’t recommend her highly enough!
