Absolutely nothing but the best with Ross. He's knowledgeable and experienced in the industry, with more than the ability to personalise sessions to each person. I look forward to our sessions weekly and know that yous would too!

I have been training with Ross for the last few months and can't recommend him enough. He has given me so much confidence within a fitness environment and has helped me increase my strength whilst loosing weight. Ross' plans are all individually planned and include a large variety of exercises. Ross has so much knowledge and is very reliable. Highly recommend.

Over the last 6 months I have done both group and individual sessions with Ross which have been great. I love going every week and seeing the progress that I am making. Ross is very knowledgable and has been amazing at adjusting the content of the sessions to suit me physically. He is great at making me feel comfortable during the sessions with his easy going manner and good chat.

Since the first lockdown I lost my motivation to go to gym, watch what I was eating and I became lazy and gained weight. I spoke with Ross and with his help I have lost over a stone (in 5 weeks) i am back at the gym and I am much happier than I previously was. Ross is very knowledgeable and is a great PT, he’s also a very nice guy. I highly recommend him to anyone needing help with their fitness goals

Went to Ross saying what I'd like to achieve and with no bother at all, put together a plan of action. Extremely helpful and motivates you and makes sure your pushing yourself (but not too much) to achieve your goals. Friendly and helpful.
