My 6 year old son began Play and Learn when he started in reception and has continued to now (end of Y1). I can't praise the model enough. There is a real emphasis on setting core groundwork principles to support effective learning now and for the future. I love how asking questions is thoroughly encouraged giving my son confidence to raise his hand if he needs clarification. My daughter started last week at Play and learn. She entered nervous and got into the car buzzing! Didn't stop talking about what she had learnt all the way home. Got home, repeated it all again to my husband and completed her homework! She can not wait for next week. She said 'Chris takes something really complicated and makes it fun mum' Thank you! My daughter started play and learn in April this year aged 9 and I can't believe how well she's developed in both her knowledge and confidence in maths in such a short space of time. I can't praise Chris and his team highly enough.

My son is now 5 nearly 6 and he started play and learn at 3 and all the staff are so approachable and helpful, especially Chris who I can’t praise enough as he has been a life line for me. All my worries I had teaching my son to read, if I was teaching the right thing, tips on ways to help my son, nothing has been too much trouble and Chris has spent numerous time free of charge talking through things with me.
