I can highly recommend chair yoga for anyone with mobility issues or other limiting health problems. Chrissy is a fantastic teacher and is very mindful of the fact that each person might find some moves more challenging. We are always advised to be guided by our bodies and do what we can. I love the community of members and have found the regular zoom classes a lifeline during lockdown.

When I joined Chrissy’s yoga class, four years ago now, I was initially nervous - I had only tried yoga once, many years earlier, and hadn’t taken to it at that time. However, I need not have worried! I was immediately made very welcome, but not intrusively so, more of a quiet integration; an immediate indication of the warmth of the group is that many of the members have been attending for many more years more than me! Fantastic class. Am pretty new to Yin yoga and love it. This is a slower type of class with time spent holding postures. I find it very calming and Chrissie is brilliant guiding you through the session and making you feel so welcome. Highly recommend anyone to try this class with Chrissie
