Had my father's wake here as he was a lifetime member. Really friendly atmosphere and they did my dad proud.

Always friendly and competitive, free a lot better than previous visits.

Personally not a bowler but visit now and again. A friendly well run (by its members) club. Large and very reasonable (priced) bar. Big function room and kitchen facilities. Old fashioned skittles table in the corner, sadly underused!
