Wilson James

WJ is one of the few employers always try to get there employees a pay rise and full sick pay part of there term in there contract. Management has been great and helpful.

I applied for Wilson James 3 times and they never contacted me if I'm unsuccessful or take my application forward. I got 8 eight years of experience and don't waste your time applying for them.

I have worked for this company for 2 years. I have worked for other security companies before I joined Wilson James. by far this is one of the best companies to work for. If anybody is looking for work. I would highly recommend this company.

Sent to jobs which were cancled and told to go home untrained managers and supervisors bullying blackmailing and favouritism events team were dismissive and gaslighting no rotas a very toxic team to work under the corporate sites were OK but the events team who pushed me about were young egotystical jerks whom.ruined it for others. And no.support from the company its all lies they make out they are great and have strong qukitus it's all lies and hypocrisy. If my review keeps getting deleted ...

Was a great company to work for, I was with them over 7 years working on 3 different contracts, Untill I was made redundant in end of 2020, most managerment I've come across have been great. It's shame nothing was offered to me before I took the redundancy Any Questions fill free to ask
