The 6 week plan is perfect for the person that needs guidance and a kickstart of motivation to help them achieve a better self. Will really helped me to understand what to do and how to do it whilst keeping me motivated, despite being in the middle of a national lockdown. The methods of guidance are simple and easy to follow. I took out a nutrition plan with Will and it was fantastic. Tailor made meal plan and exercise routines to match my personal goals in getting fit and in shape. Will always kept in touch and educated me on the importance of having a balanced diet (you cant eat carbs), I really learnt a lot about how to eat well. I started being coached by Will in November because I wanted to focus more on weight training/building muscle and needed some help and guidance when it came to my form and nutrition. He has been a huge help the last few months, each session has been tailored to my fitness goals and he has been incredibly encouraging and supportive. Even in and out of the lockdowns he has managed to keep me on track for my goals. Highly recommend!!

Will has helped me understand nutrition so much more! He doesn’t just give you a meal plan to follow he explains why you should be eating foods and when you should be eating them! He goes into so much detail and caters to your individual needs and overcomes any challenges you throw at him. I also do Personal Training with him and have found that the sessions push me to my limits but also he takes into account any injuries that you have, which is much appreciated!
