After being inspired by Kate’s personal passion of running, she offered to create me a programme for a Half-Marathon. I would thoroughly recommend Kate. She created a running program for me for the London marathon and has been so helpful along the way answering any questions and adapting the plan where required. She is very knowledgeable and also very inspiring. Thank you for all your help and support so far.

Kate has created two running programs for me now, training for my first ultra and then a half marathon I would and have recommended her to others. The personalised plan was created to fit in with my existing training (and work commitments) and Kate was available to answer questions or help if some rescheduling needed to take place. I have been training with Dan for around 9 months now. Starting as an overweight and arthritic 55 year old. Mobility was rubbish and I hadn't trained for 15 years. Now i see Dan 2 x per week we box, lift weights, squat and lunge. I have even rejoined a gym. If you need a gentle push to get you back into exercise then certainly give Dan a go.

I’ve worked with Dan for a number of years now and he really knows his stuff. I do triathlon and we worked strengthening all the the areas needed for that. Including some great core work too. All the sessions were very challenging and also enjoyable ( he says with gritted teeth) 🤣🤣 because let’s be honest dead lifting more than your body weight, at the time is really tough but afterwards you feel bloody great. Would thoroughly recommend.
